Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% fee
• No-shows: Full charge
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time.
• 10+ minutes late: Service may be shortened or rescheduled
• 15+ minutes late: May be treated as a no-show and charged in full
